About

One team,silicon to storefront.

Navrobotec Private Limited is an engineering company. We build the digital platforms companies run their operations on — and, when the problem needs it, the hardware underneath them.

Why we exist

Most operational software fails at the seams — between the app and the backend, the backend and the ERP, the ERP and the device on the floor. We took those seams as the job.

Navrobotec was formed to work across the whole stack rather than a slice of it. That means the same team can design a PCB, write the firmware that runs on it, build the cloud service it reports to, and ship the interface your staff use to read it — without four vendors negotiating an interface between them.

In practice it makes us useful in two situations: when a system has to survive real traffic and nobody is confident it will, and when a problem spans software and hardware and no single supplier wants to own both ends of it.

Principles

How we
decide things.

Four positions we hold consistently — including the ones that occasionally cost us work.

01

Own the whole stack

Silicon to storefront. When one team holds the PCB, the firmware, the backend, and the interface, the seams between them stop being where projects fail.

02

Engineer for the peak

Systems are sized for the worst day of the year. We load-test to the breaking point before launch, so that growing later is a setting you change.

03

Ship continuously

Every project gets a pipeline. Releases stay small, frequent, and reversible, so shipping on a Friday afternoon is an ordinary thing to do.

04

Leave it operable

Documentation, runbooks, and a handover that means your team can run the system without us. You should stay because the work is good.

End to end

One unbroken
chain.

Most projects hand off three or four times between suppliers, and every handoff is a place for the requirement to get lost. We hold the whole line.

Work with us

Bring us the hard part.

The systems that have to hold up, the integrations nobody wants to own, the hardware that has to ship. That is the work we are set up for.
