How quickly can you start?
Usually within two to three weeks of scope being agreed. Discovery can often begin sooner, in parallel with contracting.
What does the free demo actually include?
One workflow, built as a working screen on desk and phone, from a thirty-minute call about how that process runs today. We use sample data shaped like yours. It does not connect to your systems, it is not production code, and it is not a pilot — it is there so you can see our judgement applied to your problem before you pay for any of it. If you want a second workflow, or your real data in it, that is the start of a paid engagement.
Do you work with existing codebases?
Frequently. A good share of our work is taking over, stabilising, and extending systems someone else started.
Can you do hardware and software together?
Yes — that is the reason the company is structured the way it is. PCB, firmware, backend, and interface can all sit with one team.
We already have systems. Do they all have to go?
No. Most of what you run is usually fine — it just has nowhere to agree. We build the layer underneath that reconciles them, and replace a system only when replacing it is cheaper than keeping it.
Who owns the code?
You do. Source, infrastructure definitions, and documentation are handed over in full at the end of every engagement.
